    • Your dog's profile data is processed solely for generating your specific training plans and is not retained by these providers for their general model training
    • We implement strict data minimization practices, only sharing the specific information needed to generate your plans
    • All data shared with AI providers is anonymized, and does not contain any personally identifiable information other than what you include in your dog's profile.
    • We regularly audit our AI providers' data handling practices and maintain contractual safeguards to protect your information

These providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us and in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA or any other applicable privacy laws.

4.1.1 Payment Information

We use Stripe as our payment processor and do not store your full credit card information on our servers. When you make a purchase:

  • Your payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure system
  • We receive and store only limited information about your transactions, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and expiration date
  • Your subscription status, purchase history, and billing information are stored in our database and linked to your user account
  • We may receive information about the success or failure of your payments from Stripe
  • Stripe may use your information in accordance with their own privacy policy, which you can review on their website
