1. Introduction

Welcome to AutoDoggy.com (“Service”), a website owned and operated by AutoDoggy, a protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC, a Delaware series limited liability company (“Lemonberry Labs” or the “Master LLC”). AutoDoggy, as a protected series, is referred to herein as “Series: AutoDoggy,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Series LLC Structure and Liability Limitation

Lemonberry Labs LLC is organized as a series limited liability company under the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act (6 Del. C. § 18-215). AutoDoggy operates as a separate, protected series within Lemonberry Labs, LLC. The Certificate of Formation of Lemonberry Labs LLC filed with the Delaware Secretary of State contains the notice of limitation on liabilities of a series as required by 6 Del. C. § 18-215(b). Lemonberry Labs LLC maintains separate records for each series that account for the assets associated with each series separately from the other assets of the Master LLC and any other series thereof, as required by law. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The debts, liabilities, obligations, and expenses incurred, contracted for, or otherwise existing with respect to Series: AutoDoggy are enforceable against the assets of Series: AutoDoggy only, and shall not be enforceable against the assets of Lemonberry Labs LLC generally, or against the assets of any other series thereof.
• The debts, liabilities, obligations, and expenses incurred, contracted for, or otherwise existing with respect to Lemonberry Labs LLC generally, or any other series thereof, shall not be enforceable against the assets of Series: AutoDoggy.
• None of the debts, liabilities, obligations, or expenses incurred by any other series of Lemonberry Labs, LLC, or by Lemonberry Labs LLC itself, shall be the responsibility of, or enforceable against, Series: AutoDoggy, and vice versa.
• You agree that any claims, disputes, or causes of action arising from or related to the Service shall be brought solely against Series: AutoDoggy and that your recourse shall be limited exclusively to the assets associated with Series: AutoDoggy. You expressly waive any right to pursue claims against Lemonberry Labs, LLC generally, any other series thereof, or the members, managers, officers, or agents of any other series.
• No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between Series: AutoDoggy and any other series of Lemonberry Labs LLC by virtue of their shared organizational structure.

3. Description of Service

AutoDoggy.com provides personalized dog training and treatment plans using AI technology. Our Service allows users to:

• Create dog profiles with detailed information about their pets
• Generate customized training and treatment plans based on profile information
• Access and manage subscription plans and credits
• Store and manage personal data related to their dogs and training progress

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. We reserve the right to disable any user account if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account, purchase subscriptions or credits, and use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

AutoDoggy.com offers various subscription plans and credits for generating training plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a subscription or credits:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Premium subscriptions will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date
• When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period
• Starter Package purchases and credit purchases are one-time payments that do not automatically renew
• 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your training plan, email support@autodoggy.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you may keep any plan already generated. We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method.
• The guarantee covers your first purchase of a Starter, Journey, or Premium Package, and applies once per customer. Additional plan credits purchased on top of a package are also refundable within 30 days if unused. Renewals of an ongoing Premium subscription are not covered — cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice to users
• Credits purchased or included with subscriptions may expire as specified in the plan details
• You consent to provide accurate and current billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
• If an automatic payment fails, we may make additional attempts to charge your payment method
• Applicable taxes will be added to your purchase based on your location

Cancellation of subscriptions must be done through your account settings on the profile page. You acknowledge that deleting your account without properly cancelling your subscription may not terminate your billing obligations.

If you upgrade your package, your new subscription may begin immediately with proration of the unused portion of your previous package, or at the end of your current billing cycle, depending on the specific upgrade path.

7. Training Plans Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The training and care plans generated by our Service are created using artificial intelligence based on general research and reference materials. By using these plans:

• You acknowledge that our plans are not a substitute for professional veterinary or animal behavioral advice
• You understand that each dog is unique, and advice that works for most dogs may not be appropriate for your specific pet
• You understand that AI-generated plans are based on patterns in broad data sets and cannot replicate the nuanced observation and tailored judgment of an in-person professional assessing your specific dog's unique temperament and reactions in real-time
• You agree to implement any suggestions at your own discretion and risk
• You accept full responsibility for how you interpret and apply our recommended training techniques
• You understand that improper application of training methods could potentially result in unintended behavioral issues or physical harm to your dog or others
• You will exercise reasonable judgment and discontinue any techniques that appear to cause distress or adverse reactions in your dog

Lemonberry Labs LLC, Series: AutoDoggy expressly disclaims all liability for any harm, injury, or damages that may result from the use or implementation of any training plans, techniques, or suggestions provided through our Service. We strongly recommend consulting with a professional, certified dog trainer or veterinarian before implementing any significant changes to your dog's care or training regimen, especially for issues involving aggression, extreme anxiety, or health concerns.

8. User Responsibilities

Users of AutoDoggy.com agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their dogs and circumstances
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not share account access with third parties
• Use training plans at their own risk and with proper judgment
• Consult with professional veterinarians or trainers for serious behavioral or health issues
• Accept that results may vary and that positive outcomes cannot be guaranteed
• Use training methods humanely and in accordance with animal welfare best practices

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Service for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
• Scraping or collecting data from the Service without permission
• Impersonating other users or entities
• Sharing, selling, or distributing generated training plans
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of our software

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by Lemonberry Labs LLC, Series: AutoDoggy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

While you retain ownership of your personal data submitted through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process information you provide solely to deliver and improve our Service. Improving our Service may include analyzing usage patterns, refining our internal algorithms, and enhancing plan templates generated specifically by AutoDoggy. Unless otherwise specified in our Privacy Policy or requiring your explicit consent, this license does not grant us permission to use your identifiable personal or dog profile information to train general-purpose third-party AI models. 11. Affiliate Program

AutoDoggy.com may offer an affiliate program that allows third parties (“Affiliates” or “Partners”) to promote our Service and earn commissions for successful referrals. Participation in our affiliate program is subject to a separate Affiliate Agreement with its own terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for representations made by Affiliates about our Service. While we expect our Affiliates to act in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws and our Affiliate Agreement, we cannot guarantee or be held liable for their actions or statements. Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Lemonberry Labs LLC, Series: AutoDoggy.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising, marketing, and promotion, including clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship with AutoDoggy.com to potential customers as required by law. Deceptive marketing practices, spamming, or any other prohibited promotional methods are not permitted and may result in immediate termination from our affiliate program.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Lemonberry Labs LLC, Series: AutoDoggy expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through the Service will meet your expectations

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoDoggy (a protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC), nor Lemonberry Labs LLC, nor any other series thereof, nor their respective members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted through the Service by any third party
• The implementation of any training plans generated by the Service

SPECIFICALLY REGARDING DOG TRAINING AND CARE PLANS: Our AI-generated plans are intended as general guidance only. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for any injury, harm, or damage to your dog, other animals, yourself, or any third party that may result from following our training or care suggestions. Every dog is unique, and training methods that may be effective and safe for most dogs could potentially cause harm if applied incorrectly or to a dog with specific behavioral issues, health concerns, or sensitivities. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your dog's well-being and for implementing any training techniques safely and appropriately.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The maximum aggregate liability of AutoDoggy (a protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC) arising from or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to us during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability, or (b) fifty dollars ($50.00). The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between you and Series: AutoDoggy.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoDoggy (a protected series of Lemonberry Labs LLC), Lemonberry Labs LLC, any other series thereof, and their respective members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The series limited liability company structure of Lemonberry Labs LLC, including the liability limitations afforded to each series, shall be governed by and interpreted under the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act (6 Del. C. § 18-101 et seq.), including specifically the provisions relating to series limited liability companies (6 Del. C. § 18-215).

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware or in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms, and these Terms shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Series: AutoDoggy regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Series: AutoDoggy.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.
